Job Description
- Plans, directs, monitors, and coordinates activities of designated project.
- Oversees the completion of project tasks.
- Monitors adherence to defined project management standards.
- Monitors work efforts, assigns resources, delegates tasks, and reports progress to various stakeholders. .
- Coordinates with different teams to deliver to business confirmation of proposal covering time frame, funding, and staffing requirements,
- Creates, develops, and monitors completion and delivery of documents of all project related assignments.
- Handles issues on prioritization, commitments, and deliverables to clients.
- Improves project administration processes by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions.
- Provides valuable inputs on improving processes within Shared Services Manila and arising from system related changes.
- Reviews product profitability, monitors expenses against budget.
- Handles simple, multiple projects.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or College degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology and/or related field.
- Two (2) years of experience in project management and has developed and implemented projects in various industries including manufacturing and distribution.
- Experience in multi-tasking and handling multiple small and simple projects at once.
- One (1) year of experience in managing project team.
- Two (2) years of experience with Software Development Life Cycle.
- Ability to lead and motivate people and encourage teamwork;
- High level of analytical and planning skills in the area of IT Project Management.
- Highly focused in order to stick to the objectives and goals of the company without giving in to undue distractions and challenges.
- Highly organized and able to set priorities.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to identify project risks and demonstrates good crises management skills to handle pressure from project challenges.
- Proficient in analyzing and solving simple to complex problems.
- Proficient in customer relation.
- Strong knowledge and prowess in using modern information and communication technologies to projects.
- Exhibits great influence by working with departmental team leaders, stake holders and line managers to ensure that they are in agreement on project strategies.
- Can work under pressure.
