Job Description

  • Provide Help Desk (call center) Data Analysis and generate strategy
  • Find improvement points for Help Desk Operations.
  • Exapnd operational process in line with company policies.
  • Handle the operational tasks for Internal Help Desk for Rakuten Group.
  • Follow and coordinate Help Desk tasks between the company's overseas Help Desk teams.
  • Process data managment autonomously.
    • Data migration.
    • Data extraction.
    • Data mining, etc.
  • Prepare documentation of standard operations procedure.
  • Perform some admin tasks such us filling, shipping a document, and bringing documents to other company on demand.
  • Work on a staff engagement initiatives to enhance motivation and effective delivery.
  • Manage service desk activities on a daily basis, including day-to-day collaboration and alignment with Team Leads, Supervisors, and Specialists.
    • Ensure a healthy environment, which fosters openness, innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure effectivity of:
    • Day-to-day operational performance of the Service Desk measured through the various statistical reports.
    • Day-to-day management in line with company policies and tools.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3 years work experience especially in a Help Desk (Call Center).
  • Japanese: Intermediate Level
    • To negotiate with Japanese.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to:
    • Effectively prioritize and execute task in a high-pressure environment.
    • Present ideas and solutions in both a business and user-friendly language.
    • Adjust and understand cultural diffrences due to multi-national nature of the work environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong English communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Skilled at working within a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Highly self-motivated and directed.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Proactive attitude and immediately be reached to respond to any sitiuation
  • Punctuality is a MUST.
