Job Description
- Manage program which is used to manage ID data, knowledge data, Backup data of CRM tools
- Manage and operate CRM system which is used in our help desk to be more productive and efficient
- Manage and operate server and network device which is implemented in the Philippine branch to provide stable and secure environment to our helpdesk
- Understand all systems which is supported by company helpdesk in order to manage INTERNAL help desk operations as helpdesk IT admin
- Provide latest supported system information which is from overseas-related company to help desk vendor
- Propose improvement point, system issue of our supported system through the help desk operations
- Manage the help desk vendor to improve our support operations and vendor quality
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 years work experience
- Knowledgeable in:
- Help Desk portal management
- Active Directory operation
- E-mail system (O365) operations and troubleshooting
- Web portal operation (Share point)
- 2-3 years programming skills (Java or .NET or Ruby)
- Skilled in operating Windows PC over 7, Mac(iOS)
- Preferably with certifications such as Microsoft
- Basic Network Knowledge
- Programming experience, Database knowledge, Mac (iOS)
- System Operation experience
- Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong interpersonal and oral (English) communication skills
- Skilled at working within a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Ability to:
- Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Present ideas and solutions in both a business and user-friendly language
- Adjust and understand cultural differences due to multinational nature of the work environment
- Render duty to address urgent situations or when a demand arises even during off-hours/off-days
- Highly self-motivated and directed
- Keen attention to detail
- Must have a proactive attitude and can immediately be reached to respond to any situation
- Punctual
- Willing to render rotating shifts
- 40-hour on on-site work week (22 DAYS/month) based on Japanese calendar
