Job Description

  • Generate and publish graphical report presentation from extracted data in Corvu.
  • Perform manual uploading of data in the SDS/GSDS application.
  • Consolidate data, encode, and cleanse data from different sources including Quality, Logistics, and Operations divisions.
    • Provide output to end customers in the respective sites.
  • Review of holding or quarantine area to identify causes for incorrect handling of reports or emails.
    • Report immediately to immediate superior for corrective actions.
  • Investigate public data information to match against internal data for accuracy.
  • Ensure successful and timely uploading of data via MFG-PRO front-end for processing of Operations and Commercial.
  • Provide feedback regarding customer inquiries and support requirements related to sales and operations data to immediate superior.
  • Teamwork
    • Ensure timely and accurate turnover of activities to the next Customer Service team member on duty.
  • Administrative
    • Maintain and update daily monitoring of deliverables of service.
  • Learning and Development
    • Expand knowledge on business process and IT related information;
    • Stay abreast of current technology and system information problems.
    • Change and update relevant to the team.
    • Perform other tasks as maybe assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education
    • Bachelor’s or College degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or any related field.
  • Experience
    • Preference with at least one (1) year experience in back-office operations.
    • Exposure in dealing and talking with end customers.
  • Skills
    • Organized and able to set priorities.
    • Proficient in computer operations – knowledgeable with MS Office applications.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively in a team environment.
    • Ability to grasp system and business information.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to organize, prioritize, and schedule work assignments.
