Job Description
- Generate and publish graphical report presentation from extracted data in Corvu.
- Perform manual uploading of data in the SDS/GSDS application.
- Consolidate data, encode, and cleanse data from different sources including Quality, Logistics, and Operations divisions.
- Provide output to end customers in the respective sites.
- Review of holding or quarantine area to identify causes for incorrect handling of reports or emails.
- Report immediately to immediate superior for corrective actions.
- Investigate public data information to match against internal data for accuracy.
- Ensure successful and timely uploading of data via MFG-PRO front-end for processing of Operations and Commercial.
- Provide feedback regarding customer inquiries and support requirements related to sales and operations data to immediate superior.
- Teamwork
- Ensure timely and accurate turnover of activities to the next Customer Service team member on duty.
- Administrative
- Maintain and update daily monitoring of deliverables of service.
- Learning and Development
- Expand knowledge on business process and IT related information;
- Stay abreast of current technology and system information problems.
- Change and update relevant to the team.
- Perform other tasks as maybe assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
- Education
- Bachelor’s or College degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or any related field.
- Experience
- Preference with at least one (1) year experience in back-office operations.
- Exposure in dealing and talking with end customers.
- Skills
- Organized and able to set priorities.
- Proficient in computer operations – knowledgeable with MS Office applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to grasp system and business information.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
