Technology Solutions Creation

• Collaborate with the appropriate practice areas to assess and recommend technologies to address customer requirements.
• Leads solution development efforts that best address customer requirements, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company resources. Leads the team in representing the company in pre-selling stage.
• Provides technical solutions with the company’s products across multiple client engagements at the Design Phase. Provides a solution recommendation to customers detailing the design of the technical specifications of the requirements.
• Applies significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients.
• Suggests alternative technical solutions to meet client requirements when needed.

Executive Reporting

• Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
• Submission and presentation of Quarterly business review

Internal work order facilitation

• Collaborates with other departments to accomplish internal process requirements.

Administrative Duties

• Respects and ensures all assets of the company are in good working condition
• Maintains cleanliness, orderliness and safety within the working environment
• Abides by the company’s policies and administrative procedures
• Supervise recruitment, training, retention, and organization of technical team in accordance with the company hiring process, personnel policies, and budget requirements.

Other Duties

• Participate and/or assist in company functions and programs
• Contribute to the improvement of company’s objectives.
• Undertake tasks the Managing Director may assign from time to time.

COMPETENCY REQUIRED:

• Advanced Level of Competencies on Leadership, Communication, and Business Management

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• A proven record of success in senior-level general management, preferably in an IT-related industry.
• At least 10 years’ senior level experience of management of people and resources.

EDUCATION REQUIRED:

• Graduate level of intellect preferably with a higher degree in a management discipline or a professional qualification.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• A wide knowledge of the industry.
• An understanding of financial management and wider management principles and techniques.
• Political and presentational skills with an appreciation of the demands of conflicting interests and of meeting statutory requirements.
