Job Description
- Day to day supervision of staff through supervisors and team leaders.
- To review and approve all General requisition slips coming from Malabon.
- Check with supervisors, team leaders regarding status of deliveries and pull-outs.
- Oversees receipts of all materials, units, equipment, stocks, entering and leaving the warehouse.
- Review report on inventory, shipments and returned demo units.
- Ensure accuracy of inventory records versus actual count.
- To work with supervisors, team leaders involving staff on imposing disciplinary actions.
- Approving party on vacation leave, sick leave of Malabon-based employees.
- To take charge in the disposal of defective, obsolete units occupying warehouse shelves in coordination with Accounting with the approval of immediate superior.
- To ensure the safety of company properties.
- Perform other functions and tasks related to the main responsibility that may be required in the course of work.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management.
- Required Skills: Inventory and Stock Management, Warehouse & Logistics Management
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
