Job Description
- Responsible in purchase of items for the company used by renal sales, renal services, and business operations.
- Inventory management to make sure there is always enough supplies
- Interact with internal and external suppliers
- Resolve invoicing exceptions with suppliers and internal Accounts Payable Dept.
- Develop, implement and manage cost savings ideas.
- Develop and maintain positive supplier relationships
- Effectively communicate with user departments such as Marketing, Scheduling, Manufacturing,
- Supervise and direct staff in the process daily requisitions, expedite deliveries, resolve quality issues and adjust supply chain as required
- Conduct physical inventories monthly or as required.
- Prepares inventory reports when needed
- Handle the logistics of importation, procurement and purchases, and deliveries.
- Ensure all fixed assets are properly tagged.
- Manage fixed asset accounts and ensure fixed assets are properly accounted for.
- Ad hoc assignments that may be requested from time to time.

- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing;
- Good at negotiating, networking and dealing with numbers;
