- Ensure consistent profitable growth in sales revenue through positive planning, deployment and management of Sales Personnel.
- Conceptualize sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the AOR.
- Manage the Sales Team for sales growth and revenue enhancement.
- Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and profits.
- Ensure availability and exposure of all brand and product.
- Ensure that company promotions are properly executed, coordinated and maximize.
- Ensure that all dealers branches are properly covered and visit.
- Ensure strategic implementation of salesforce itineraries.
- Maintain higher moral and motivation of sales force.
- Maximize contribution and output of each sales force.
- Maintain good relationship with the clients and ensure win-win transaction to have long-term business.
- Dealers development for current business and business opportunities to other products.
- Must be a College Graduate;
- Proven experience in key accounts and sales distribution
- At least 2 years related experience preferably in Electronics, Appliances industry or equivalent;
- Conceptualize and execute sales promotions, activation and campaigns.
- Analyze trends and competition and formulate strategies that ensure our competitiveness;
- Manage the inventories and prepare projections;
- Applicants must be willing to do fieldwork.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
