Job Description
- Ensure all work in progress is recorded in MyRA and is setup correctly.
- Create tasks and follow up activities to ensure that work-in-progress is managed according to company deadlines.
- Assist BDM in creating Client Profile and obtaining the initial JD, Employment Contract & Job Order from the Client and ensure all information is presented in MyRA.
- Provide regular updates and complete followups to secure candidate selections from clients.
- Collect and review documentation necessary for processing applications for each client to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory body requirements (e. g. DoHA and POEA).
- Provide regular updates to clients whilst applicants are on process to ensure that they are in regular contact with TPRC.
- Liaise between client and candidate applicants relation department to make suitable deployment arrangements for approved candidates.
- Keep client and MyRA updated as to deployment arrangements of approved candidates.
- Establish knowledge of migration activities, and recruitment activities to assist clients with their relevant queries.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- With at least 1-3 years of experience in a BPO company
- Must be competent in oral and written communication.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Must be willing to be based in Makati City
- Must be keen with details
- Has strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must have strong interpersonal skills
