Job Description
- Configure internal systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Supervise the Operations team
- Upgrade the network infrastructure
- Install servers, devices, and firewalls
- Train new system users and set up their accounts
- Monitor the performance of servers, software, and hardware
- Ensure the smooth deployment of new applications
- Update technical documentation
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of direct hands-on experience. Preferred 10 or more.
- Must be expert in Microsoft domain administration and management. Knowledge in Linux is preferred.
- Must have direct experience and expertise in DNS management, GPO management, Powershell and/or other scripting languages
- Must have full domain lifecycle experience. Conceptualization, design, management, and maintenance.
- Knowledge and experience in operating under ISO 27001, PCI or other certified environments a must.
- Up-to-date MCSA certification a must.
- Must have secondary demonstrated skills in cybersecurity.
- Must have a computer science or relevant course and education
- Ongoing professional certifications other than Microsoft are welcome and will be given consideration.
- Masters degrees will be given consideration.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently with little or no supervision.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations and multi-task efficiently.
- Able to work in an entrepreneurial and highly regulated environment.
