- Create and develop sales strategies to enhance business growth.
- Analyze, evaluate and assess sales territories for own products or services.
- Recommend improvements and changes as appropriate to company sales policies.
- Determine and set goals and objectives for the sales professionals.
- Support, lead and mentor sales personnel in achieving sales outcomes.
- Prepare sales and marketing budgets.
- Analyze marketing trends for own products and services.
- Make recommendations and changes in marketing strategies as appropriate.
- Provide logistics in building and expanding customer base.
- Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues and concerns.
- Must have at least 3 years of direct sales experience in the technology industry
- Exposure and experience in international sales a definite plus
- Must understand technology and technology products and services
- Must be able to push aggressively across corporate and government
- Must have a conversational understanding of current issues and challenges in cyber-security and payments
- Experience in multinational and/or large corporate(s) preferred, but an entrepreneurial spirit is a must.
- This is a sales position, commission will be available.
- Ability to bring in own network will be given extra consideration
- Graduate of any 4 year course
- Must have excellent oral and written communications skills
- Must be flexible and willing to work against aggressive targets
- Must bring innovative and creative ways to closing deals and overachieving targets
