Job Description
- Work under the directives to support, implement, monitor and administer the infrastructure and services;
- Assure system and service administration is practiced in-line with the procedures;
- Advanced troubleshooting and implementation of solution in conjunction with vendor and third party support within the applicable technology;
- Support, Report and Administration of Local IT's inventory, maintenance and devices
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in system administration and troubleshooting;
- Good knowledge in Operating Systems, Security, Monitoring, Network, Storage and Backup technologies, Web application Server Administration;
- Knowledge in JIRA, Confluence, Joget and Google applications;
- Must be able to lead, operate and continuously improve the environment distributed;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
