Job Description
- Manage overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor and productivity;
- Ensure safe and efficient operations;
- Enhance the operational procedure, systems and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes and enhanced management reporting;
- Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews;
- Prepare and complete action plans;
- Implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards;
- Accomplish operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed;
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors' degree in Operations Management, Business Management, Information Technology;
- Minimum experience of 5 years handling company operations, sales and account management
Skills
- Effective leadership;
- Relationship Management;
- Ability to strictly promote and implement policies and procedures within the handled department;
- Effectively communicates to the top management reports regarding the department’s overall performance and suggest action plans to improve the operations;
- Keen to information and details in monitoring the overall performance of the department.
