Job Description
- Work closely with Sales to plan, manage, monitor and measure all Brand Activations (including Marketing Initiated, In-store Promo Programs (IPP) and Volume Enhancement Programs (VEP’s);
- Monitor, control and measure Display Allowance and Trade Marketing Cost to Sales per area;
- Monitor Brand Registrations and pricing strategy (Brand-wise/Channel-wise/SKU-wise);
- Communicate and facilitate achievement of volume target on month-wise/brand-wise/SKU-wise basis (consolidate and cascade periodic priorities /canvass drives to Sales Team –booking guide);
- Market Mapping/Segmentation of Market and defining Distribution objectives;
- Measurement of market potential channel-wise and identification of target segment;
- Track competition volumes and monitor competitor activities relative to our category/brand performance;
- Market-wise / Brand-wise / Channel Category-wise communication tool development (including trade presentations/trade communications) for new launch, activations and consistent performance of existing brands;
- POSM / Product Display / Visibility standardization at all channels (including coordination with internal support groups, merchandising team and suppliers);
- Observe and adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any business-related course;
- At least 5 years’ experience working for an FMCG company;
- At least 5 years’ experience in a trade marketing role which involves conceptualization, development and execution of trade marketing programs;
- Extensive channel/category insights experience
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
