Job Description
- Develop and implement brand strategies as aligned with the Company’s objectives;
- Responsible for the seamless execution of the entire new product development and launch cycle:
- Conceptualization
- Formulate and develop strategic product concepts that will support the company’s over-all vision and objectives
- Conduct market research activities and/or fieldworks to support and validate proposed product concepts
- Development
- Gather and analyze data from market research and/or fieldwork and turn into useful information to support the launch
- Lead the collaboration between different departments, partners, suppliers and agencies
- Propose an efficient marketing plan and secure top management approval
- Launch
- Launch new product development projects as planned
- Implement approved marketing activities and campaigns (e.g. ATL, BTL, digital) as aligned to the brand objectives and based on approved timelines, budget and details
- Conceptualization
- Monitor product performance and propose ways to achieve targets
- Monitor and evaluate competition to assess possible counter measures to protect brand performance
- Effectively manage brand A&P budget
- Work closely with Sales and Trade Marketing in the planning and execution of trade-related projects and activities
- Spearheads other assigned marketing projects (if applicable)
- Observes and adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or any business-related course;
- At least 3 years of working experience in marketing is required;
- FMCG work experience is an advantage;
- Exposure in ATL/Digital and BTL initiatives is required
