Job Description
- Ensure that required security reports are submitted on time.
- Ensure that safety and security rules and regulations are properly enforced.
- Escort and assist all incoming guests, VIP, applicants, contractors and others to the concern department and contact person. • Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers. • Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
- Conduct post to post roving inspection day and night to ensure that the security protocols of the site are well maintained and at the same time to take note all security observations within the vicinity.
- Conduct Security and Safety Audit prior to start and end of office working hours.
- Accomplish written report to any unusual incident transpired within the day and to immediately inform the Team Leader and Senior Manager of SMD.
- Report all unsafe condition noticed within the area to the office administration personnel for immediate action.
- Assist other security post during lunch time.

- Assist the maintenance staff in securing the area during maintenance activity • Perform other task as directed or requested by the Team Leader and Senior Manager of SMD
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a 2 Year Course Diploma in any field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in security industry and preferably at least one year in banking and financial institution or BPO environment
- Preferably male at least 5'7 of height with good communication skills
- Must be a Certified Security Professional or equivalent and with security license
- With knowledge in conducting surveillance using CCTV system
- Willing to be assign in Makati City
- Amenable to work on night shift and holidays
- Must be knowlegeable in MS Office (word, excel, powerpoint, etc)
