Job Description
- Follow up, receives records and process liquidation reports of all payment requisitions, budget release and cash advances in a timely manner.
- Regularly performs bank reconciliation and prepares all corresponding reports.
- Maintains an accurate and up-to-date financial journal and prepares all corresponding reports.
- Assist Senior Finance Associate in the preparation of Client Billing.
- Regularly follows-up Client payment and update records accordingly
- Performs other tasks assigned by superior
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate of any business related course.
- Must have taken an accounting course in college.
- 6-months to 1-year related experience.
- Must be proficient in MS Office applications
- Knowledgeable in basic accounting procedures
- Familiar with Quick Books or other related accounting programs
- Can write and communicate well in English
- Open to all fresh graduates
