Job Description

Outcomes:

Monitored and evaluated brand health and performance in marketplaces where brand/s is/are present

  • Utilized and maintained the Product KPI sheet for regular report generation
  • Worked with the Customer Support team to perform measures maintaining 4.5 to 5 stars seller rating (Amazon)
  • Ensured that the volume of positive reviews/feedback is greater than negative ones (non- Amazon)
  • Communicated relevant customer feedback to team members
  • Ensured that brand/s is/are abiding by marketplace policies and guidelines
  • Ensured that inventory level does not reach below critical threshold by working closely with Supply Chain and Management team

Created, maintained, and monitored product listings on marketplaces

  • Completed product listing templates
  • Optimized product listings using keywords harvested following the set internal process

  • Worked with Social Media team for consistent exposure of products and/or brands in organic social media posts
  • Coordinated campaigns for product groups with internal and external teams

Measured campaign performances and translated them into curated reports

  • Coordinated with PPC team for reports
  • Created and evaluated Lightning Deals performances
  • Coordinated with Digital Marketing and Social Media teams for reports
  • Included products in marketplace-initiated campaigns and evaluated outcomes
  • Communicated evaluation to team members to maximize effectiveness

Set up new marketplace accounts to sell on (Walmart, NewEgg, eBay, Lazada, etc)

  • Prepared and completed onboarding requirements including but not limited to listing template, brand overview, product images, brand logo, etc.)

Produced key reports for management using:

  • Product KPI sheet
  • Amazon Business Reports

Troubleshoot errors relating to data or images, preventing occurrence of the same errors

  • Coordinated with other members of the team and external partners for dependencies

  • Uploaded all relevant high-resolution images
  • (Amazon) Enhanced Brand Content sections filled out displaying relevant information contributing to selling of products
  • (Amazon) Product reviews on page 1 display positive reviews with 4 to 5 stars ratings
  • (Amazon) Top critical reviews follow 3-star firewall rule with neutral leading to positive contexts
  • (Amazon) Seller Rating should display 4.5 rating at the very least

Sales and Conversion

  • Increase sales by 5% month over month
  • Up to date reports (i.e. Product KPI sheet and Google Data Studio reports)
  • Achieve greater than 20% monthly conversion rate for all products SKUs
  • Achieve less than 13% returns and refunds rate

Operations

  • Maintain over 95% order fulfillment rate
  • Inventory level kept above critical threshold and never have stock outs

Competencies:

  • Excellent Excel skills working with Pivot and VLookup
  • Knowledge on Google App Scripts and/or VBA
  • Ability to communicate professionally and efficiently with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Project management skills, certification is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated capability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands
  • Exceptional troubleshooting problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a professional manner, be flexible, and handle interactions with all levels of the organization and with external clients
  • Ability to communicate well with other members of the team and with non-technical end users
  • Ability and willingness to learn and be taught
  • Accounting majors and accounting experience a plus
