Job Description
Responsibilities:
The Security Analyst will serve as a financial application security administrator for SPGI’s global financial systems. This includes but not limited to Oracle E-Business Suite, ASG Document Direct, Zuora, TM1 and other database applications.
Oracle Responsibilities
- Maintain, update or create Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) security access globally using role-based access.
- Migration of security framework across multiple instances during development
- Develop continuous monitoring capability of automated controls using Config Snapshot tool
- Identify and evaluate segregation of duties violations. Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks and related opportunities for internal control improvement
- Conduct gap analysis, risk assessments and other analytical/assessment capabilities
- Assist in the selection and tailoring of approaches, methods and tools to support internal security projects such as identity management
- Implement the solution through a structure change management process on various instances (test, development, QA, production)
- Create and maintain accurate and up to date process documentation (i.e. Standard Operating Procedures, design documents, migration forms)
- Perform access audits monthly, quarterly and biannually to comply with internal control standards
ASG Document Direct Responsibilities
- The Security Analyst is responsible for the design and production of ASG ViewDirect/Document Direct based reporting
- The Analyst is responsible for evaluating user requests to create new forms, modifications to existing programs, and system integration
- The Analyst will administer the report management distribution system (ASG-ViewDirect/DocumentDirect), by entering job numbers, procedures, and other pertinent information concerning a production run
- Personalize access to information and create multiple views of the same report—for example, by date, by type, or by report—without ever replicating the reports.
Zuora Responsibilities
- Coordination and participation in project meetings for security related activities planning
- Maintenance of future Documentation
- Knowledge in using tools and APIs for automating user access permission
- Zuora application admin knowledge
- SFDC Admin on user security in particular is desired
- Perform access audits monthly, quarterly and biannually to comply with internal control standards
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of financial transaction or database administrator experience.
- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, ASG Document Direct, Zuora, TM1 and other database applications preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
- Ability to cope with steep learning curves, and work under pressure.
- High degree of accuracy; understanding of contributions to the overall end to end process; possess a global perspective of how functions impact the company as a whole.
- Must be assertive to follow up on resolving issues; ability to multi-task in a fast paced and ever changing environment.
- Must be able to work independently, be accountable for processes/tasks performed, and understand when an issue should be elevated to management.
- Must be willing to work in the Pasig Office.
- Must be amenable to work in midshift, and work in US shift (night shift) on quarter close.
