The Location: Makati
The Team: Team Panjiva is a niche team in the Client Services family. Currently the team operates out of Islamabad and Manila. The support team continues to grow and provide an opportunity to learn and specialize in global trade data.
The Impact: To ensure that our clients have partners to support them in their success, SPGMI’s Associates on the Client Services team leverage their knowledge of Finance/Economics/Supply Chain with their ability to research, analyze and interpret situations and exceptional customer service skills to build relationships with clients and help them get the most out of this business intelligence tool. We are looking for an Associate to join our team of tech-savvy, well-informed and client-focused professionals who supports this streamlined solution for industry professionals.
As an Associate Client Services in the Panjiva team, you will be the primary contact for client inquiries and requests. This role is crucial to the success of the business. This role involves a combination of technical, and soft skills in order to be an effective contributor. This individual will potentially be supporting multiple S&P Global product offerings. The business is seeking a dynamic individual to liaise and interface with a host of different groups within the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize phone, email and web-chat to directly communicate and interact with clients; provide research to resolve complex client questions.
- Knowledgeable of new product offerings; analyze and communicate client concerns as they relate to product offerings and data collection and provide recommendations.
- Create documentation relating to best practices.
- Escalate customer inquiries to appropriate support groups.
Minimum Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor degree in Economics or Finance and/or relevant work experience required
- Fresh graduates and professionals who would like to center their career on client support and learn more about the global trade data that we have and build a career in understanding the industry
- Succinct communication skills
- Strong collaboration skills
- Strong financial knowledge or knowledge of the global economy
- Proficient ability to navigate and use common computer programs
- You’re committed to learning and overcoming any obstacles that come in the way
- Open to a rotational shift based on business need. Must be open to Night Shift and working in Makati
- Temporarily in a WFH setup until further notice and changes within our current situation
Preferred Qualifications:
- A degree in Supply chain management.
- Previous client facing experience.
