The Role: Associate, SNL Software Solutions Client Support
The Location: Manila, Philippines
The Team: Software Solutions Support provides the highest level of product support to SNLBanker clients and our internal teams.
The Impact: As the main contact for clients, you will serve as the face of the company. We directly impact client opinions of the product and company.
What’s in it for you:

- Deep knowledge of the product required allows for movement to other Software Solutions teams with more specialized focus
Responsibilities:
- Offer troubleshooting and assistance on the SNLBanker software application, mostly via WebEx.
- Assist with report and dashboard building
- Work closely with other sects of the Software Solutions teams to resolve client issues
- Install upgrades to the application and licenses for clients
- Triage Application Team questions
- Provide assistance for updating users, groups, and security within the application
- Provide guidance to new users
Minimum Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
Basic Qualifications:
- Strong English speaking and writing skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent client support experience
- Strong computer and phone skills
- Strong puzzle solving skills
- Must be willing to work in a night shift schedule
