The Role: Associate Technical Support, Product Operations (Mandarin)
The Location: Manila, PH
The Team:

Responsibilities:
- Handle a variety of product/technical support situations while speaking to multi-level clients and Commercial peers in English and Mandarin.
- Assist clients with installation, troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with Commercial peers remotely to help relay technical communication and establish confidence in our products from a technical perspective, for our regional non-Key Accounts.
- Showcase expertise in testing upgrades and new releases from a client perspective.
- Work in both independent and group settings, be able to meet deadlines while ensuring both accurate and complete work.

What We’re Looking For:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal English and Mandarin communication skills.
- Familiar with working and communicating with native Mandarin clients and colleagues.
- Have meaningful experience of 1-3 years with service desk and technical support setting.
- Organized and have the ability to collect, analyze and summarize data to prepare clear reports; more like technical product documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:
- A sharp intellect and inquisitive nature, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills, an information systems background.
- Should be able to work in both independent and group settings, and be able to meet deadlines, while ensuring both accurate and complete work.
- Proficient in computer applications and operating systems is a must.
- This is a Dayshift post but must be open to rotating shifts if business need arises.
