Job Description

The Role: Commercial Support Specialist (Renewals)

The Specialist will assist the Renewal Operations team on various economic and administrative aspects of product renewals, including client outreach, pricing negotiations, contracts and invoicing.

The Location: Makati City, PH

The Team: Renewal Operations enable complex transactions and seek to maximize revenue by driving productivity and creating efficiencies across the Global Commercial Team.

The Impact: The Specialist will work closely with the clients in helping out in the renewal operations and provide support to US operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Organizing usage, corporate performance and other data to determine the value an account is receiving from our company.
  • Presenting pricing proposals to clients.
  • Presenting value propositions to clients: improvements made, templates built, support calls handled, etc.
  • Be the first interaction when a client has questions about the pricing of his renewal.
  • Organize all aspects of the renewal for the Renewal Specialist(s), Client Services Managers and Director of Sales.
  • Work closely with collections in Finance to get subscriptions paid in a timely manner.
  • Works with various departments to resolve client issues.
  • Completes other assignments as required and/or assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • At least 2 years of experience specializing in customer service, contract management, lead generation, collections, and related roles. Experience in B2B is preferred.
  • Experience in using Salesforce CRM is an advantage
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be willing to work in Makati.
  • Willing to work in a night shift schedule.
