Job Description

The Role: E-Learning Program Administrator


The Location: Makati City, Philippines


The Team: The EssentialTECH Education team is a high-performing group of L&D and go to market professionals dedicated to providing high-quality learning experiences that align with business needs and strategy. We use an Agile-like approach to instructional design that is collaborative and iterative--delivering a variety of learning and career development offerings for 17,000 employees across all divisions within S&P Global, including technical training, individual professional development, and management/leadership development.

Responsibilities:

S&P Global’s EssentialTECH Learning Program Administrator will manage multiple learning programs for employees and leaders. This includes leading needs analysis activities, setting program strategy and direction, working with subject matter experts across various roles to design and develop content, managing external vendor relationships, LMS administration, and course logistics, and providing course effectiveness, evaluation and analysis.

  • Perform needs analysis and audience analysis to inform creative approaches to instructional design, and lead recommendations that broaden and enrich each learning opportunity
  • Support the efforts of L&D project teams from inception to completion; cultivate relationships, resolve conflicts; manage multiple projects; organize and prioritize work; and drive task completion
    • Create a schedule, manage project timeline and proactively utilize both quality control and risk management activities to ensure project deliverables are met
    • Track and reports on project milestones
  • Work closely with groups of subject matter experts to develop content and storyboards for roles-based scenario and e-learning courses
  • Develop and integrate multimedia elements including audio and video into e-learning modules
  • Facilitate workshops; classroom sessions and video-conference-based training; oversee coordination/logistics of training events, classes, workshops, etc
  • Monitor, evaluate and analyze the success of the practical, on-the-job application of delivered learning programs.
  • Observe and coach subject matter experts and other facilitators on communication and presentation skills, as needed
  • Coordinate learner registration and feedback mechanisms and, working with the EssentialTECH Education Team, develop and deliver LMS reporting for training & development activities, courses, etc.
  • Provide analysis reports using LMS reporting and performance metrics on a regular cadence

Minimum Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in instructional design, graphic design or other learning disciplines
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience and proven success working within a corporate L&D environment including the application of instructional design skills and familiarity with adult learning principals
  • Strong organizational and proven project management skills; ability to manage competing priorities; ability to have multiple projects in flight at once, in various stages
  • Ability to bring together sound learning principles, agile methods, learning technology and program management skills in the design, development, and execution of learning programs
  • Collaborative work style with the ability to adapt to change, solicit input, influence, and support decision-making
  • Excellent listener; seeks broad input and feedback; employs frequent and effective follow-up
  • Strong facilitation, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to drive initiatives having many stakeholders and partners with little direction or guidance
  • Proven success working with senior stakeholders; influencing decisions and direction
  • Experience working with eLearning authoring tools such as: Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, Camtasia or others
  • Preferably with proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite
