Job Description

We are looking to employ an HR assistant with outstanding administrative and communication skills. An HR assistant is expected to be highly organized and systematic. You must be reliable and should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and acclimatize to a fast-paced environment. An important part of your role will be to act as the liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions. You’ll also assist in creating policies, processes and documents.

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and dutie
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
  • Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
  • Assist with performance management procedures.
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
  • Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience as HR generalist
  • Must be familiar with utilizing different channels for recruitment and staffing.
  • A degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, and related fields preferred
  • Strong English and Filipino communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Efficient management and administrative skills
