Job Purpose
● To assist/collaborate with the Online Business Division manager in over all strategic planning and execution of targets, sales and marketing initiatives for RMK In-House ecommerce accounts.
● To co-manage all RMK In-House ecommerce accounts together with the brand teams.
Duties and Responsibilities
● Co-Management of all RMK In-House ecommerce accounts, which in details includes:
○ Operation of seller centers
○ Coordination with brands for the following:
Weekly/monthly Commercial deals
Weekly/monthly platform warehouse replenishments planning and implementation eCommerce sponsored solution
○ Coordination with platforms for the following:
Weekly/monthly Commercial deals
Weekly/monthly platform warehouse replenishments planning and implementation eCommerce sponsored solutions
○ Creation and communication of Weekly/Monthly and Annual Sales and Inventory
○ Analytical Reports for RMK In-House ecommerce accounts
● Process all administrative documentation in relation to RMK In-House
ecommerce accounts.
● Manage onboarding and offboarding of RMK In-House ecommerce accounts.
Job Description
● To assist/collaborate with OBD Digital Transformation Team on all creatives for RMK In-House ecommerce accounts.
● To assist/collaborate with brands as support team for e-Retailers marketing campaigns.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- At least one (1) year experience in ecommerce in a corporate setup.
- Has a good understanding of the ecoomerce line of work
- A team-player and able to adapt well
