Job Description
- Drafting of memorandum, notice to explain and notice of decision
- Issuance of memo and notice to explain
- Investigate administrative cases and conduct administrative hearings
- Track, organize and review records, reports, and documentation of all grievance and disciplinary measures
- Ensure compliance with Philippine Labor Laws
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field.
- At least five (5) years of working experience in the related field
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of the Labor Code of the Philippines
- Above-average Judgement and Decision-making skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in handling Disciplinary Action for employees
- Experience in drafting memo, notice to explain and other labor-related documents
