Job Description
- Performs a variety of administrative and staff support duties for the group or division, which requires a range of skills and knowledge of the organizational policies and procedures.
- Assists and directs visitors, and resolves administrative problems and inquiries;
- composes, edits, and proofreads correspondence and reports, and prepares a range (standard/regular) of administrative and marketing documents.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Advertising/Media, or any business-related course.
- Preferably with work experience in sales and marketing - preparing reports, handling sales and inventory, events coordination, advertising and promotions.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be assertive, confident and dynamic.
- Must be computer literate.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
