Job Description
- Handles the end to end recruitment process for the organization’s manpower requirements which includes, but not limited to, sourcing, screening and interviewing applicants, and new employee onboarding.
- Conducts orientation for newly hired employees.
- Builds sourcing channels through partnering with academic institutions, employment agencies, internet sites, and others.
- Responsible in overseeing the HR staff and creating and analyzing recruitment reports.
- Other tasks that may be assigned by the HR Manager from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or any HR-related course.
- With at least 3 years work experience in human resources - sourcing, recruitment and training.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be assertive, confident and dynamic.
- Must be computer literate.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
