Major Accounts Specialist  

SALES PERFORMANCE

• To achieve monthly sales targets set by management.
• To monitor sales movement on a weekly basis and report the status to CM.
• To monitor monthly sales performance of accounts as per agreed targets set by CM per account.
• To follow- up Purchase Orders and handle deliveries of POP materials.

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

• To effectively handle the key trade accounts identified by management (VDMP).
• To do qualitative calls on a regular basis.
• To establish good rapport with key accounts’ key decision makers like Branch Managers, Store Supervisors, Stock Analysts etc.
• To ensure that all front liners in the stores are knowledgeable about the product lines, proper CSL, total imported & local shelving computations through constant store visits and audits.
• Validation of reports submitted by Merchandisers.
• Ensure aggressive installation of all (POS) Point-of-Sale materials and merchandising materials across all outlets
• Ensure maximum visibility of all materials in all key outlets.
• Aggressively contribute new ideas to further build the business.
• To be fully aware with all promo activities and ensure that this information is cascaded to all stores (store level)
• To identify other potential accounts and constantly update MAMs of store activities/ openings.
• To report all competitive activities in the trade, pricing, product distribution etc.
• Build new business by identifying relevant trade opportunities.(case to case basis).

ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS

• Prompt submission of administrative reports such as pre- planned itinerary on a monthly and weekly basis, and weekly sales reports.
• To gather information regarding results of various business building programs being implemented in designated key accounts and report to MAMs for evaluation.
• Ensure business strategies are communicated well to the merchandisers to ensure achievement of sales targets per account.

SPECIAL SALE EVENTS

• Pre-work including finding Special Sale Events, Coordinating with event personnel on details like venues, rentals, schedules, timing (ingress, egress)
• Scheduling and Sourcing of Manning personnel during the event proper.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Advertising/Media, or any business-related course.
• With at least 2 years work experience in handling sales, inventory management and events.
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be assertive, confident and a team player.
• Must be computer literate.
• Willing to do field work.
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
