Creative Content Manager  

We are looking for an innovative content manager who will develop, oversee, and execute our overall content strategy. We need someone who will give a creative spark and direction to every piece of content our team will produce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the regular brainstorming/ ideation of creative concepts and campaigns keeping in mind our target audience, business goals, and translate ideas into engaging content such as videos, social media posts, email newsletters, articles and other digital and non-digital materials
• Unify the team with a cohesive vision for content and ensure that our content is consistent across all channels and reflects the brand’s voice, style, and tone
• Develop the content templates and processes to help the team work efficiently
• Update content guidelines for all our platforms and set the standards for content writing
• Lead the day-to-day content creation
• Find creative and cost-effective ways to tell the story of our brands
• Make sure every piece of content pass our content quality standard and is accurate and free of errors in grammar, spelling, punctuation, context
• Research the latest industry trends and incorporate research insights to content that resonates with the target audience, and make appropriate recommendations about the brand’s communication strategy
• Manage, edit submissions, and set goals for copywriters and freelance content writers
• Manage and track all internal approvals before publishing
• Create the key messaging, copy and give direction to copywriter and design team.
• Track and measure content performance, understand and evaluate key metrics and utilize insights to optimize future digital content through utilizing analytics platforms and actionable data
• Perform SEO audits and improve organic search ranking through SEO tactics
• Communicate and document the status of ongoing tasks and effectively prioritize incoming content request
• Plan and schedule the right timing of publishing content
• Conduct periodic competitor analysis and consumer research
• Be accountable for maintaining the content guidelines
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• 5+ years executing content strategy
• Must have a writing portfolio
• 5+ years of content marketing/editing/ advertising experience
• Preferably with experience in Premium/Luxury brands
• Have experience in copywriting, editing, writing, advertising, digital marketing, digital content production
• Great writing skills
• Must have a visual eye: ability to see the bigger picture
• Must have knowledge and experience in CMS
• Must have working knowledge with SEO and how to implement it
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be detailed oriented and highly organized
• Can work well with a team and has an optimistic attitude
• Must be adaptable and flexible in handling projects
• Proven track record of executing successful content strategy and campaigns
• Willing to work in Chino Roces Ext. Makati
• Can start to work ASAP
