Talent Head  

As the Talent Head, you will play an integral role in creating, building, and maintaining Talent relations. You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Public Relations, and Social Media teams to develop Talent strategies that align directly with business goals. A Talent Head also oversees operational activities of the Talent Department. Their duties include hiring and training employees and managing quality assurance programs. A Talent Head also strategizes process improvements to ensure everyone completes their tasks on schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Ensure that our Talents have a good relation with Rumble Royale
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices with our Employees to our Talents
• Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives that can help Rumble Royale and the Talent Department.
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
• Recruit, train and supervise staff
• Find ways to increase the quality of customer service to our Rumble Royale Talents.
• Strategize projects/campaigns to help our employees and Talents developments.

• Bachelor's degree in Business and related fields
• Prior experience in being a manager
• Must be willing to work flexible hours
• People-oriented
