Warehouseman  

RLI Warehouseman is responsible for shipping, receiving, stocking, and maintaining merchandise. Shipping and receiving duties involve removing products or inventory from large trucks when it arrives and then moving these products into the warehouse or other vehicles when the merchandise is ready to be distributed or utilized. In between shipping and receiving, the warehouseman shelves and organizes inventories and keeps the warehouse clean and orderly. This is important as it maintains our quality standards in order for the TSRs in RMD to sell accordingly.

• Receives procured Raw Materials and other items, ensuring they match the purchase order specifications.
• Makes sure that the Incoming/Outgoing merchandise is properly handled in loading and unloading.
• Prepares the Incoming Shipment Report (ISR) with complete remarks and findings before the ISR gets distributed to the proper concerned parties i.e. Accounting Department, Imports Department, and Regulatory Pharmacist/Regulatory Food Technologist.
• Ensures that each type of merchandise is placed in their assigned and specific locations and protects them from fire or damage.
• Receives and checks invoices before instructing and monitoring the preparation of the required merchandise and ensures compliance with the client’s applied delivery regulations and packaging before loading (Delivery Inspection form and Personnel’s Uniform).
• Dispatches all outgoing materials for delivery and counterchecks against Invoice/DR, making sure that the quantity is correct and that the actual merchandise matches the items stated in the document.
• Signs the invoice after dispatching the items for delivery.
• Monitors slow and Non-moving items in the Warehouse and prepares monthly report on this.
• Monitor quarantine and rejected status of the items
• Prepares monthly report for items in the quarantine.
• Supervises good house-keeping practices and general cleanliness according to Warehouse standards and policies.
• Ensures that warehouse guidelines/policies are implemented and followed.
• Annotate waybill/OR for damaged items reported in the ISR.
• Stands-in for the Warehouse Coordinator in his/her absence.
• Performs other functions that may be assigned by supervisor from time to time.

• At least 2 years College undergraduate or Vocational/Associate diploma of any course.
• Has at least 2 years experience in a warehouse environment.
• Knowledgeable in warehouse transactions (incoming/outgoing).
• Has TESDA NCII certification for Forklift operation.
• Has a strong personality and can handle personnel.
• Ability to speak and understand the English Language.
• Hardworking, diligent, honest, have good interpersonal skills and have sound judgement.
• Knows how to drive and knowledgeable on basic troubleshooting for delivery vehicles.
