Job Description
- The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing a group of important consumers (Key Accounts) to achieve designated sales targets through the implementation of appropriate and unique strategies.
- S/He expands relationships with important clients and will work closely with various business departments in order to maintain and further develop the relations with the key accounts.
- The Key Account Manager is ensures the achievement of the sales quota and represents the entire range of company solutions to the assigned consumers.
- S/He leads the consumer’s account planning cycle and guarantees that the client’s needs and expectations are met by the business.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably a graduate of Bachelor's/College degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Marketing, or other similar courses; Graduates of Pharmacy also considered
- Must have at least 5 years of work experience in Key Accounts Management, preferably coming from Pharmaceutical, FMCG, or Retail Trade companies
- Must have at least 2 years supervisory/managerial work experience
- Must have excellent written and oral English communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills and leadership qualities
- Must have solid background foundation on sales routine, handling direct/key accounts, development & implementation of consider-aimed sales generating promotions
- Must have excellent analytical skills and should be proactive, creative, and results-driven
