Job Description
- Conducts site inspection and site acquisition.
- Coordinates and negotiates with site owners.
- Prepares all needed documents and permits for sites or locations.
- Keeps master file of all contracts and contacts.
- Monitors all site contracts, permits, and licenses.
- Negotiates and coordinates to both government and private entity related to BD and Operations.
- Turns over potential clients to Sales Team.
- Prepares and reviews contracts.
- Prepares the following:
- Ad space mock-up draft and site location map.
- Proposals to site owner.
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the Management or Immediate Superior from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Highly developed and demonstrated teamwork skills.
- Computer literate.
- Dedicated, responsible, hardworking, and possesses business acumen.
