Job Description
- Maintaining and reconciles the general ledger monthly
- Prepare monthly financial statements schedules
- Prepare monthly management reports
- Responsible for preparing BIR returns and other reports
- Coordinate with the outsource preparer of BIR returns (Income tax returns, Employees and Supplier’s withholding taxes returns, VAT returns)
- Input journal entries in the quick books after the entries has been approved by the group accountant (monthly, adjusting, and recurring)
- Maintain a master list of monthly journal returns
- Ensure the reversing entries occur
- Maintain detailed listings of the contents of all balance sheet accounts
- Assist auditors with journal entry examinations
- Perform other related duties as required
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Accountancy/ Finance;
- With at least 1 year of relevant experience in handling billing and collection;
- Preferably knows Quickbooks application;
- Minimal supervision needed;
- With high integrity;
- Willing to work in Pasay City.
