Job Description
- Reports directly to the owner of ROCCO.
- Listens to customer requirements and presents appropriately to make a sale;
- Maintains and develops relationships with existing customers in person, and via telephone calls and emails;
- Arranges meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;
- Acts as a contact between company and its existing potential markets;
- Negotiates the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
- Gathers market and customer information;
- Reviews own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
- Makes accurate, rapid cost calculations, and provides high quality services;
- Monitors clients’ renewal of billboard;
- Submits weekly reports in sales;
- Attends team meeting and shares best practice with colleagues;
- Maintains confidentiality of handled accounts.
- Prospects for potential new clients and turns this into increased
business. - Plans approach and pitches.
- Builds relationships with new clients.
- Presents new products and services and enhance existing relationships to clients.
- Forecasts sales targets for lighting and furnitures and ensure they are met.
- Tracks and records activities on accounts and help to close deals to
meet or exceed these targets. - Gains a clear understanding of customer’s businesses and requirements.
- Gives information to the company on marketing strategies by
monitoring the competitive products and client’s stand on it. - Collaborates with the IT and creative in developing ideas that will be
presented to clients. - Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the management and supervisor from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- With relevant experience as Sales and Marketing Coordinator in the field of Advertising or Out of Home Media Advertising;
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
