Marketing Communications Officer  

Looking for a Marketing Executive (with a company-first mindset) to oversee the marketing strategy of a growing business in the construction industry:

• Develop an innovative marketing strategy to broaden the reach to consumers:
  • Various advertising channels to get this done: website, phone calls, mobile, social media, etc. - must be creative and think outside the box to be ahead of the competition
  • Ideas must be in parallel with company values
• Spearhead event participation - only selecting those events that will give the company a significant boost (i.e. Worldbex, Philcontruct). Includes:
  • Booth set-up/participation
  • Registration of the company to the event
  • Space selection
• Develop marketing training guide for all our sales team - this would include, company spiel, standard responses to frequently asked questions, proper etiquette in marketing our brand, etc.
• In coordination with in house designer, develop new marketing materials - brochures, flyers, stickers, giveaways, and alike
• Other duties that may be assigned from time to time

• Must be a college graduate
• Must have a pleasant personality;
• Must have a positively infectious personality;
