Job Description
- Operate as the lead point of contract for any and all matters specific key account partners
- Develop and expand relationships and partnerships with various partners and channels
- Maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships
- Initiates new as well as follows up on existing partner relations to investigate innovative ways to cooperation that will help Ruangguru reach our strategic goals
- Work with Ruangguru product management teams to design and develop innovations/initiatives with parters that can help further Ruangguru/ Product's success
- Communicate clearly the progress of internal/external/joint initiatives to internal/external stakeholders
- Forecast and track key partnership metrics (e.g : sales, issues, etc) and escalate/resolve issues accordingly
Minimum Qualifications
- At least Bachelor's degree in Business/Communications/Social Science from top local or overseas universities with min. GPA 3.0 out of 4.0 scale
- Min. 2 years of relevant experience in Business Development/Account Executive/Partner Relationship at reputable E-Commerce/FMCG/Management Consulting
- Experienced in handling partnerships and strategic marketing campaigns
- Data-driven and possess good analytical thinking
- Excellent interpersonal, communcation skills, charisma, and ability to influence
- Able to work independently, under pressure, flexible in mind, able to shift between multiple priorities
- Fluent in written and spoken both in English and Bahasa
