Job Description
- Translate Ruangguru's Values Proposition into a strong strategic communication plan
- Oversees, measure and evaluate all of Ruangguru's employment branding strategies
- Undertake and implement of Ruangguru's Employer Branding communication materials in a timely manner
- Report to Head of Corporate Communications while having to align closely with HCCA.
- Map, analyze and improve all of the internal communications and EB communication channels to position Ruangguru as an employer of choice in South-East Asia
- Work with HCCA to set up and manage online marketing program that promote job openings and career opportunities at the company
- Responsible to expand the company's online presence on different employment sites, developing creative ways to draw prospective employees to the company's website, and identifying new recruitment opportunities through social media
- Build and evaluation system to objectively measure and assess the effectiveness of employer branding strategies, while using the insights for recommended actions
- Provides leadership and guidance in managing and tapping into key stakeholders relevant to achieve company's goals
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Employer Branding, Internal Communication, and People Communication
- Strong strategic planner with measurable results
- Able to lead and give direction to team members, as well as translating programmatic concept into creative brief
- Savvy and fluid with social media communication techniques
- Strong understanding of branding to be able to communicate the company as an employer of choice to prospective hires
- Strong collaboration and experience working on cross-functional projects
- Strong project management skills
- Fluent in both English and Indonesian (verbal & written expression)
- Experienced with digital campaigns / social media marketing platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Youtube, and Twitter, with the ability to establish and analyze metrics/analytics
- Skillful in Design tools (Photoshop, etc) will be a huge Advantage
