Job Description

• Develop territory by acquiring new accounts

• Handle existing key accounts and meet targets per account

• Achieve territory sales target

• Develop good working relationships with related institutions

• Conduct marketing efforts in promoting company products/services within the assigned territory

• Monitor competitor activities

• Propose marketing programs

• Project site visits

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of any business/marketing/sales courses

• With at least 5 years of relevant work experience in the construction industry

• With proven understanding of account, distribution and territory management

• With proven track record in successfully growing businesses assigned to

• Must be willing to travel for work

• With excellent interpersonal skills

• With excellent oral, written communication and product presentation skill
