Job Description
- Conduct quality control testing/procedures for raw materials
- Manage storage and production processes to ensure product consistency and quality
- Perform product development for improvement of existing products
- Perform research and development for new product prototypes
- Provide product technical support and training to company stakeholders
- Maintain laboratory instruments as to ensure proper working order and troubleshoot malfunctions when needed
- Ensure government compliance standards in both laboratory, storage, and production
- Establish standards for products, processes or procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a licensed Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
- At least two (2) years in the manufacturing quality control lab environment
- Currently or has been engaged in the Paint industry
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
