Job Description
Role Purpose:
The Talent Acquisition Officer is responsible for ensuring that the organization has the talent and resources necessary to achieve its business objectives and that Talent Acquisition & Management processes and activities are carried out effectively and efficiently.
Job Description:
• Handles the end-to-end recruitment process from candidate attraction, screening, and selection.
• Works with line managers to understand the staffing needs and set the appropriate selection plan and criteria
• Conducts initial HR screening of candidates prior to endorsement of qualified talent to the hiring manager for a next-level interview
• Conducts background checks for selected candidates
• Prepares and serves the offer letter to selected candidates
• Discusses and collects pre-employment requirements from the candidate and prepares for onboarding
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Development & Management, or any course
• At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition & Management, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Basic knowledge using computer applications such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and other tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication Skills
• Highly Organized and keen on details
• Has an understanding of labor laws
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
• Currently, the company is in a hybrid work setup, but interested candidates must be amenable to report on site, located in West Ave, Quezon City
