Accountabilities
- Develop Distributors to meet performance targets
- Work-with/Train Distributor and Agents
- Audit and provide recommendations to develop distributor operations
- Develop standard operating procedures
Key Performance Indicators
- Number of performing distributors in assigned areas
- Cost to sales
- Submission of reports
- On-time payments
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in any business/marketing course
- Strong background in sales and distribution
- Excellent selling and presentation skills
- Good at sales coaching & business consulting
- Has prior experience in the construction materials industry or any distribution business for B2B
- Must be willing to travel frequently for work
- Proficiency in Bisaya dialect is a bonus
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
