Job Description
- Recording of financial transaction/ bookkeeping
- Ensure accuracy and timely recording of the manual of the manual books (Receipts/Disbursement/Sales/Purchases/ General Journal)
- Prepare necessary schedules of accounts, analytical details, reconciliation and necessary adjusting journal entries
- Assist in BIR compliance – VAT, WHT, Income Tax, etc.
- Assist in monthly bank accounts and cash advances reconciliation
- Assist in the renewal of Business Permits, Clearances, Books of Accounts and any other permits needed by the company
- Keep the Financial Controller promptly and fully informed of all the problems or unusual matters of significance and takes prompt corrective action where necessary or suggests alternative courses of action which may be taken
- Preparation and submission of the following financial reports:
- Trial Balance
- Income Statement
- Balance Sheet
- Cash Flow
Minimum Qualifications
- BS Accountancy graduate
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
