Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Web Designer with 1-4 years of proven work experience to join our Development Team.
You will work with other members of the team to design and build modern web applications and services within the company. You must have an ability to demonstrate practical experience of web design development. You are expected to be a contributor to the team to plan, design, and build elegant and efficient solutions.
- Creating user-centered designs by understanding business user requirements
- Develop front-end design using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups
- Creating visual designs for storyboards, proposals and presentations
- Translating requirements into style guides, design systems and design pattern
- Establishing design guidelines, standards and best practices
- Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components and informational components both for web and mobile applications
- Creating original graphic designs
- Working with different content management systems such as WordPress
- Providing creative input for design direction of the entire application
- Responsible for UX deliverables such as sitemaps, UX research among others
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in design, graphic design, computer science, information technology or related field
- Skills in UI/UX, typography, image editing and web coding
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe CC and other visual design tools
- Proficiency in front-end development languages such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is a must
- Good understanding of content management systems
- Good understanding of search engine optimization principles
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser / cross-platform compatibility issues
- Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies
- Understanding of Web Standards (W3C), Website Accessibility and SEO
- Familiarity with project management tool such as Asana, Jira or similar tool
- Experience in solution delivery using Agile methodologies
- Work closely with our in-house developers to ensure a smooth handover from design to development

Work Details:
Type: Full-Time, Temporary Hybrid Work Arrangement
Location: Makati Central Business District (back of GT Tower Ayala)
Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, Saturday (when needed)
