Web Developer  

We are looking for a Full Stack Web Developer with a solid 3-5 years work experience that will join our Development Team.

You will work with other members of the team to build features and scalable architecture for web applications and services within the company. You must have an ability to demonstrate practical experience of web application development, such as agile engineering methods backed by a deep understanding of software engineering best practices. You are expected to be a contributor to the team to plan, design, and build elegant and efficient solutions.

• Developing clean, well-documented back-end website applications
• Developing front-end website architecture
• Designing user experience and interactions on web pages
• Creating web servers and databases for functionality
• Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones
• Ensuring responsiveness of web applications
• Working alongside web designers for web design features
• Seeing through a project from conception to finished product
• Designing and developing APIs
• Meeting both technical and stakeholder needs
• Staying updated of developments in web applications and programming languages

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field
• 0-3 years of proven experience as a hands-on Full Stack PHP Developer or similar role
• Must be proficient with Laravel (at least Intermediate level)
• Knowledge in Git
• Working-knowledge of front-end languages and libraries (HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript)
• Familiarity with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB)
• Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies
• Familiarity with project management tool such as Asana, Jira or similar tool
• Experience in solution delivery using Agile methodologies

Work Details:

Requirement: Two (2) Full-Time and Permanent Developers

Work Arrangement: Temporary Hybrid Work Setup

Location: Makati Central Business District (back of GT Tower Ayala)

Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, Saturday (when needed)
