Job Description
- Ensure all operational related plan/strategies will be implemented in accordance with business partners policy (at Site), product/customer specifications, functions and the like (ie . displays LED, Video wall); provide support to business partners, head office, suppliers, subcontractors (ie. installations, maintenance) and other related activities as assigned.
- Ensure on-time processing and or gathering of documents, reports and the like; billings distribution, receivables, documents from business partners, suppliers, subcontractors).
- Act as the area/site liaison to business partners, customers, suppliers, subcontractors and the like when performing off-site transactional activities (ie send/get documents to customers, business partners, suppliers, subcontractors)
- Provide immediate resolution whenever issues related and the like to above concerns but not limited to; Support to Customers, business partners and designated Subcontractor(s) when performing repairs, replacement(s) and removal(s).
- Provide reports related to operations/business and as required or needed but not limited to; Performance indicators, Site product performance, monitoring and incident reports, installations and all periodic reports needed to the business.
- Provide support for certifying/qualifying supplier, subcontractors and the like.
- Provide preventive and corrective actions to all operational related issues/problems; as needed and as required.
- Ensure proper documentation related to business/operations.
- Provide support as assigned by Immediate superior.
- Support the site/area, business partners and or head office to all cost initiatives.
- Provide opportunities for cost savings or improvements but not limited to; exploring other potential suppliers, and contractors.
- Ensure the site/areas spending within the approve or allowable budget (ie. consumables and office supplies).
- Provide reports related to costs; for a site, office, business partner(s) and as requested by head office.
- Support the business by interacting with Customers, business partners (e. MCIA) , head office, suppliers, subcontrators, and the like (ie. operational/business/cost related) whenever necessary and needed.
- Provide cost-benefit analysis/report; whenever needed and or as required.
- Ensure proper documentation of best practices and the like; for benchmarking and the like purposes.
- Provide support as assigned by Immediate superior.
Minimum Qualifications
- Residence near Clark, Pampanga
- Solid oral & written communication skills
- Strong computer skills; able to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Ability to problem solve, articulate requirements and escalate when necessary
