Job Description
We are looking for passionate Telemarketer that will provide sales and marketing solutions through Out-Of-Home (OOH) Advertising.
- Data gathering of all client inquiries and requirements through phone, emails, and digital platforms/portals etc.
- Conduct research on all contacts or accounts assigned.
- Interpretation and translation of all client data's from Mandarin language to English language (vice versa).
- Identify and coordinate with key decision makers involved with potential client's sales and marketing initiatives.
- Diligently verify qualified targets.
- Establish interest and initiate communication with clients.
- Clearly explain what our client's business is about, including their products and services.
- Schedule appointment between our client's representative and the prospect in a time convenient for both.
- Handle prospect's queries in a very professional manner.
- Verify all client information's and specific requirements.
- Data gathering of client details and other pertinent information from the initial correspondence through company internal system.
- Reach more clients on a daily basis through telemarketing.
Minimum Qualifications
- Fluency in the Mandarin language (reading, writing and speaking)
- Excellent English reading, writing and comprehension skills
- Excellent active listening skills with the ability to understand verbal nuances
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent typing skills
- Excellent interpretation and translation skills from English to Mandarin language vice versa
- Highly organized with strong attention to details and excellent proofreading skills
