Job Description
- Coordinate with client counterparts with regards to project requirement, details, and clarifications
- Provide high quality, real-time assistance to clients in support of their projects.
- Responsible for word processing, editing and formatting of documents in a variety of software and media.
- Ensure timely delivery of accurate output.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- Good communication skills in English both verbal and written
- Applicants must be willing to work in Robinsons Pioneer Cybergate Tower 3, Mandaluyong
- At least 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent in the call center industry
- Intermediate skills with MS Office applications
